Consultation - Our comprehensive 2-hour consultation will provide a thorough evaluation of your home (inside and out) complete with recommendations for repairs, updates, and styling. PLUS, we will send you our unique Client Care Package prior to the consultation to help you to prepare and provide you with a written report of all recommendations immediately following the consultation.
Staging Plan - We will create a custom home staging plan for your home, utilizing your own furnishings and accessories where possible to create an inviting and marketable home for sale.
Implement Stager Recommendations - Using the written report as your guide, this may include decluttering, re-arranging furniture, editing personal items, cleaning, and repairs.
Set the Stage - We own an extensive collection of home staging rental items, and we would be happy to return to install the finishing touches for your home staging project.
