JL Proulx - Lead Staging Support Specialist

JL is our Lead Staging Support Specialist and oversees the execution of home staging installations and destages. She is also responsible for onboarding and training new team members on the standard operating procedures and safety protocols related to these services.

JL has great organization skills, attention to detail, an eye for colour and leads with a solution-focused approach to ensure seamless execution. She is our warehouse superstar and a valued member of the BTSH team, bringing a multitude of skills that are often applied in areas outside of the standard scope of her role.

Outside of work JL enjoys spending time at home with her children, gardening, hiking with her dog and playing baseball.
